VibeSinger acts as a powerful interface built upon third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs. In order to generate your music, lyrics, and related content, we must securely share specific inputs:

• AI Audio & Text Partners: Your text prompts, uploaded audio, and generated lyrics are sent directly to our third-party AI partners (such as Suno, Google, or OpenAI) to fulfill the generation API request.
• Model Training: Please note that these third-party AI providers may utilize the submitted data to improve and train their machine learning models as outlined by their own privacy policies. By utilizing VibeSinger to generate content, you consent to this external data processing.
• Analytics Providers: We share aggregate logging and session data with analytics providers to help us analyze the traffic on our Service.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
